On 09. and 10. November 2024, the Municipality of Vratsa hosted an exciting event that put car enthusiasts and high speeds alongside professional competitors with extensive experience - Rally Sprint for Enthusiasts 2 / Rookies' Rally Sprint 2.
Participants who took the start in the demonstrations showed patience and discipline and despite the challenging weather conditions, showed impressive skills behind the wheel.
Ivaylo Ignatov (Subaru Impreza) demonstrated exceptional control and technique on the course, as the heavy rain and impenetrable fog did not hinder his performance, and the audience was left breathless!
Anton Titov (Hyundai i20 R5) - a professional with extensive international experience, who showed outstanding skills. With his top class race car, Titov showed why he is among the top drivers in Bulgaria.
Here we can already take stock - does the idea of this type of event correspond with the actual attitude among the participants and is it possible for an amateur to demonstrate skills close to or surpassing those of professional competitors with years of experience? The answer is definitely "YES"!
Rosen Mechkov with BMW M5 - a true autosiast who showed that even amateurs can perform more than worthy against professionals. With his standard BMW M5 he won everyone's sympathy with his unwavering will and courage on the track.

Anton Kotchev "bet" on Corvette Z06 and an engine displacement of 7,000 cc - impressed everyone with its bravery, choosing to take to the track with slick tyres in the rainy conditions. His muscle car was one of the most spectacular cars at the event.

More than 80 participants took part in the competition, which offered spectators unforgettable moments of high speed and professional performance. Participants measured their skills on a safe course, while professionals shared their knowledge with amateurs.
